All I want is a ruler, nothing more. Again, it only measures physical pixels. Even though it doesn't have a hot key function, it has option to disable 'always on top'. Know the exact size and position of any element with this screen ruler. This application installs and uninstalls cleanly.

To make matters worse, the guys who made it seem to have disapeared, kioplanet even if you wanted to buy it you cannot. Even if you choose not to install any toolbars etc, you get it anyway.
